You see, you stuff the meatball with a mozzarella cube. Cool, huh? I think Jeff is getting tired of me taking pictures of our food. Oh well. This cooking thing is a nice way to top off a day. And tonight is the start of a 3-day weekend for us. We decided to take some time off together and hang out.
We have plans to go hiking/biking, clean the garage/office/sunroom, wash cars, and just hang out. Should be pretty great.

it is really cool you are both cooking.. keep taking pictures of food, that meatball looks like it would taste real nice and so does the tuna, although I would have cooked it a little less.. like RAW
Hey we had spaghetti last night too, just sans fancy meatballs!!! You forgot to list the social event of the weekend, bonfire!!! See you Saturday...where you'll have great food and you won't even have to cook it yourself!
