Short Answer: C
Long Answer: I don't know if all offices are the same, but my office has 2 trucks that take our mail to the distribution facility. The first is at 2pm. The second (and last) is at 6pm. If you can get it to the post office before the 2pm truck, it will get to the distribution facility 4 hours faster. Will that help you? Not sure, but it certainly can't hurt.
An extra tidbit....Here my case where I organize my mail. Each little slot represents someone's mailbox. Pretty exciting, huh?

I wish you were my mail person, the slots at my facility must be VERY confusing since I ALWAYS get the neighbors mail and they get mine!
